I got my inspiration from the book Eat, Pray and Love by Elizabeth Gilbert, which I think gives a beautiful description of a part of the life of the author. Elizabeth decides to start from scratch. She leaves New York behind and embarks on the journey of a lifetime: Dolce Vita in Italy, meditation teaching in an Indian ashram, and finally the happy balance between inner and outer happiness in Bali
